Knab has a Performance Assurance contract with Defion for both its production and test environments. This provides continuous support and an ongoing focus on performance for a fixed monthly fee. Monitoring is included, ensuring Knab always has a clear view of system performance. Because Knab operates fully online and is strongly service-oriented- everything must work flawlessly for the customer - all touchpoints are optimized. Defion therefore also tests and monitors the bank’s back-office systems, such as the CRM software.
