Despliegue SURF: DEFION y DTX protegen a más de 75 instituciones educativas y de investigación

DTX y DEFION comienzan el despliegue de servicios MDR para SURF. Más de 75 universidades, politécnicas e instituciones de formación profesional neerlandesas reciben protección 24/7.
DTX and DEFION Security began rolling out Managed Detection & Response (MDR) services for SURF, the ICT cooperative of the Dutch education and research sector, in March 2026.
Hogeschool Windesheim was the first institution to migrate to the new security service as part of the pilot. The remaining 75+ institutions using SURFsoc for 24/7 monitoring will follow in 2026.
The MDR service brings together DEFION's deep security expertise with DEFION Research Labs' incident response specialists and ethical hackers, combined with the technical capabilities of DTX. Together, we provide a future-proof solution that detects and responds to threats faster.
