DTX and DEFION Win SURF Cybersecurity Tender

DTX and DEFION Security have won the tender for SURF's Managed Detection & Response service. From 2026, over 75 Dutch universities, polytechnics and vocational colleges will receive 24/7 protection.
SURF has awarded its Managed Detection & Response (MDR) service contract to DTX and DEFION Security, as they best met SURF's requirements.
From 2026, over 75 affiliated universities, polytechnics and vocational colleges will receive direct support in repelling cyberattacks. The partnership combines DTX's AI-driven SIEM expertise with DEFION's incident response specialists and ethical hackers.
