FuturumShop, the largest webshop in the Benelux for cycling, running and outdoor sports enthusiasts, wanted to gain more control over cyber risks and raise the overall security of the company to a higher level. In addition to insights via a dashboard, Defion provides a monthly report containing vulnerabilities, areas for improvement, and proposed solutions. To safeguard customer data, periodic penetration tests are carried out on the app and the webshop, which receives one million visitors per month. FuturumShop can also turn to Defion 24/7 for advice and security support, and there is a strong focus on security awareness. For example, all developers receive training from Defion on writing secure code, and security is an important part of onboarding new employees.
